グローバルダイバーシティ講演会講師 ／ 多文化共生講演 ／ 異文化理解 ／ 青森県 ／ 三沢市　（keywords）

グローバル人材養成セミナー実行委員会・青森県・三沢市の主催で、今年は11回目となるグローバルアカデミー2023年が開催されました。会場は三沢市国際交流教育センターで、参加対象は県内の大学や専門学校等の学生および40歳までの社会人です。

アカデミー内容は、日米交流講演会、異文化コミュニケーション講座、グローバルビジネス講座や世界・日本・青森を知る講座などで形成されています。こちらは、プログラム終了後も、修了生に対してフォローアップセミナーを実施するなど個人のステップアップにつながる機会や情報提供というたいへん貴重なプログラムになっています。

10月、11月と12月と全3回にわたって開催された今回のイベントの2回目において（にしゃんたが）お話をさせて頂きました。テーマは「世界を舞台に輝くチャレンジャーになろう！～ちがいを楽しみ、力に変える～」です。当日のアカデミーには先着順で選ばれた、これからの青森はもちろん日本を牽引して世界を相手にチャレンジする、聡明で問題意識の高い方々が会場にお集まりでした。約75分に渡った講演会の後には会場からはたくさんの鋭い質問が出てご回答させていただきました。

後日、主催者さまから講演について「「共笑」の概念など、とても興味深い内容で受講生も勉強になった旨の回答が寄せられております。」との有難いお言葉をいただきました。

今回のアカデミーでお話しさせていただけたことが、私どもにとってもたいへん有難い、貴重なご縁となりました。感謝申し上げます。今回アカデミーに参加された方々のご活躍を心よりお祈りし、そして楽しみにしております。

Global Diversity Lecture Speaker, Multicultural Coexistence, Intercultural Understanding | A Challenge from Aomori to the World! “Enjoying Differences, Turning them into Strength” (by Nishantha) @ Global Academy 2023

Organized by the Global Talent Development Seminar Executive Committee, Aomori Prefecture, and Misawa City, the 11th Global Academy of 2023 was held this year. The venue was the Misawa City International Exchange Education Center, and the participants included students from local universities and vocational schools, as well as working professionals up to the age of 40.

The academy featured activities such as Japan-US exchange lectures, intercultural communication courses, global business seminars, and courses on understanding the world, Japan, and Aomori. Even after the program’s completion, there are valuable opportunities for follow-up seminars and information provision for graduates, contributing to individual advancement.

In the second of the three events held in October, November, and December, I had the honor of speaking (by Nishantha). The theme was “Become a Challenger Shining on the World Stage! ~ Enjoying Differences, Turning them into Strength.” On the day of the academy, individuals who are forward-thinking and conscious of global challenges, selected on a first-come, first-served basis, gathered at the venue to challenge not only the future of Aomori but also to lead Japan in facing the world.

After a lecture that lasted about 75 minutes, the audience asked many sharp questions, which I had the privilege of answering.

Later, I received grateful words from the organizers about the lecture, mentioning that the concept of “shared laughter” and other aspects were very interesting, and the participants found the content to be educational.

Speaking at this academy was a highly stimulating and precious connection for me. I express my gratitude. I sincerely pray for the continued success of those who participated in the academy and look forward to their future endeavors with excitement.
