「あおもりグローバルアカデミー2023」にて11月19日に講演をさせていただきます。あおもりグローバルアカデミーは、国内外のグローバル化の流れが急速に進展する中、それに対応し、世界的な視野を持ってチャレンジしていく若い人財の育成を目的としています。

　セミナーでは、国内外で活躍する講師陣による講座や英語によるコミュニケーション能力向上のための体験プログラム、在住外国人との異文化交流などを通して、世界、日本、青森を知り、世界を相手に活躍できる人財の育成をめざします。

　プログラム終了後も、修了生に対してフォローアップセミナーを実施するなど個人のステップアップにつながる機会や情報提供も行っています。

「あおもりグローバルアカデミー2023」にて、11月19日に「”ちがい”を楽しんで、力にかえる」（にしゃんた）をテーマにお話をさせていただきます。

I will be giving a lecture on November 19th at the Aomori Global Academy 2023. Aomori Global Academy aims to nurture young talents who can adapt to the rapidly advancing globalization both domestically and internationally, fostering individuals with a global perspective.

During the seminar, there will be lectures by speakers who are active both nationally and internationally, experiential programs to enhance communication skills in English, and cultural exchange activities with foreign residents. Through these activities, participants will gain knowledge about the world, Japan, and Aomori, aiming to develop individuals who can thrive on the global stage.

Even after the program concludes, there will be follow-up seminars and opportunities for individual growth, providing support and information to graduates.

At the Aomori Global Academy 2023, on November 19th, I will be speaking on the theme of “Embracing the ‘Difference’ and Transforming It into Strength” (“ちがい”を楽しんで、力にかえる”).
