６月２２日、ＮＴＴ労組中国総支部の主催で「ダイバーシティ学習会」が開催され、講師をさせていただきました。

今回は、各支部が一堂に会するオンライン学習会で、事務所からの配信となりました。冒頭に中国総支部代表の中国総支部事務局長の開会のご挨拶があり、続けて90分間にわたる、特別講演の時間となりました。

今回のテーマは「ダイバーシティ・インクルージョン“共笑”な時代のコミュニケーション“ちがい”を楽しみ、力にかえる明るい職場に」でした。

講演の終わりには、質問の時間が設けられ、お答えさせていただきました。最後には、中国総支部企画・組織部長からのまとめのご挨拶があり、学習会が閉会されました。

定期的に開催されているこちらの学習会は、以前は女性活躍推進がメインでしたが、徐々に他のダイバーシティをも意識するようになっており、今回は国際の視点でということで、にしゃんたということになったとお聞きしました。

講演後に主催者さまに感想を伺った際、「今までぼんやりとしていた「ダイバーシティ」ですが、解るようになった。楽しくてためになる講演会でした。」との有難いお言葉をいただきました。この度は、お話をするご縁をいただいたことに感謝申し上げます。有難うございました。

On June 22nd, a “Diversity Learning Seminar” was held, organized by the NTT Labor Union Western Honshu Branch, and had the honor of being the speaker.

This time, it was an online learning seminar where various branches gathered together, and the event was streamed from the office. The opening remarks were given by the representative of the Western Honshu Branch, the Secretary-General of the Western Honshu Branch, followed by a 90-minute special lecture.

The theme of this seminar was “Diversity and Inclusion: Creating a Bright Workplace by Enjoying and Empowering Differences in the Era of Shared Laughter.”

At the end of the lecture, a question and answer session was held, and I had the opportunity to provide answers. Finally, there was a closing address from the Director of Planning and Organizational Affairs of the Western Honshu Branch, and the seminar was adjourned.

This learning seminar, which is regularly held, used to mainly focus on promoting women’s active participation, but it has gradually started to consider other aspects of diversity. We heard that this time it was organized with an international perspective in mind.

When we asked the organizers for feedback after the lecture, they kindly said, “I feel like I now have a better understanding of diversity, which I used to vaguely grasp. It was an enjoyable and informative seminar.”
